Managed IT & Procurement

IT that just works.
Help that shows up.

A helpdesk your team can rely on, systems looked after before they break, and the right hardware and software bought, set up and tracked for you — from one partner.

Sound familiar?

Signs your IT needs more than a quick fix.

Everyday IT friction adds up quietly — in lost hours, stalled starters and risks nobody is watching.

Requests that go nowhere

Problems are reported in chats and hallways, and nobody knows what's been fixed or who is on it.

One person knows everything

Passwords, set-ups and suppliers live with one colleague — and everything waits when they're away.

Updates that keep waiting

Laptops and servers ask to be patched, and it keeps getting pushed to next week.

New starters without a laptop

Devices are ordered late, set up by hand, and someone's first days are spent waiting.

Licences nobody tracks

Subscriptions renew for people who have left, and important renewals are only noticed when they lapse.

Old devices, company data

Retired laptops and drives sit in drawers, still holding data that nobody has wiped.

How a Request Is Handled

From 'it's not working' to fixed, in five steps.

Every request follows the same path, so nothing gets lost and you always know where it stands.

  1. Log

    Raise it however suits you.

    • Phone, email or portal
    • A ticket for every request
    • Confirmation you've been heard
  2. Triage

    Prioritise by business impact.

    • Priority level set
    • Right engineer assigned
    • Workaround offered if possible
  3. Resolve

Fix it remotely wherever we can.

    • Remote session with the user
    • Known fixes applied fast
    • Progress updates along the way
  4. Escalate

Bring in more help when needed.

    • Senior engineer or on-site visit
    • Vendor and warranty cases handled
    • You're kept informed throughout
  5. Close

    Confirm, record and learn.

    • Closed only once you confirm
    • Fix documented for next time
    • Repeat issues flagged for review

Four priority levels

P1 · Critical

The business is stopped — a site offline or a key system down. Worked on immediately, with regular updates until it's resolved.

P2 · High

A team or essential workflow is seriously disrupted. Picked up ahead of routine work.

P3 · Normal

One person or one function affected, with a workaround. Handled in order of priority.

P4 · Planned

Requests and changes — new accounts, installs, moves. Scheduled at a time that suits you.

Response targets for each level are set in your service agreement.

Hardware & Software Procurement

The right kit, ready to work — and tracked for life.

We handle the whole lifecycle, from choosing a standard to wiping the last drive, so buying IT stops being a scramble.

01

Plan & Standardise

Agree standard devices and software for each role, so everything is easier to support, secure and replace.

02

Source & Compare

Quotes weighed on total cost — warranty, support and lifespan — not just the price on the day.

03

Configure & Deliver

Devices arrive set up, secured and enrolled, ready for a new starter to log in and work.

04

Track Assets & Licences

A current register of devices, warranties and subscriptions, with renewals flagged well before they're due.

05

Refresh on Schedule

Replacements planned and budgeted ahead, instead of bought in a hurry when something fails.

06

Retire Securely

Data wiped before devices leave, with each retirement recorded and hardware responsibly recycled.

Getting Started

A clear start, not a big-bang switch.

Taking over your IT follows four steps, agreed with you up front.

  1. Discover

We meet your team, review your systems and hear what's working and what isn't.

  2. Baseline

Documentation, an asset and licence register, and access handed over properly.

  3. Stabilise

The urgent risks fixed first — backups, patching, access — before anything else.

  4. Support & Review

Day-to-day support begins, with regular reviews to plan what comes next.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do we have to replace our in-house IT person or team?

No. We can work alongside them — taking the helpdesk load, covering holidays, or handling the specialist and project work — or look after everything if you prefer.

When is the helpdesk available?

Monitoring runs 24/7. Helpdesk hours and any after-hours cover are set in your service agreement, based on when your team works.

Is support remote or on-site?

Both. Most requests are resolved fastest remotely; engineers come on-site when a problem needs hands on hardware, and for installs and moves.

Who owns the equipment you buy for us?

Your business does. We handle the sourcing, set-up and tracking; the devices, licences and warranties are yours.

Can you take over our existing contracts and licences?

Yes. We review what you already have, keep what works, and put renewals on a schedule so nothing lapses or renews unnoticed.
