Cloud Hosting & Migration

The right cloud.
Run the right way.

Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud — chosen for how your business actually works, migrated without disruption, and monitored, secured and cost-managed for you afterwards.

Sound familiar?

Signs your cloud needs a plan.

Getting into the cloud is easy. Getting the cost, security and resilience right is where most businesses come unstuck.

Bills that keep surprising you

Costs creep up every month, and nobody can say which service or team is driving them.

A move that cost more

Servers were copied to the cloud exactly as they were, and now cost more than the hardware they replaced.

Servers still in the cupboard

Ageing office servers hold key systems, and replacing them keeps getting postponed.

Open by accident

Storage, test machines and admin ports left exposed because the defaults were never reviewed.

No plan if a region fails

Everything runs in one place, and nobody has tested what happens if it goes down.

Only one person understands it

One engineer set it all up, and nobody else knows how it hangs together.

Azure · AWS · Google Cloud

Three leading platforms. One honest recommendation.

We work across all three, so the advice starts from your systems, skills and budget — not from a vendor target.

Microsoft Azure

A natural home for businesses already built on Microsoft.

Often the best fit when

  • You use Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for sign-in
  • You run Windows Server or SQL Server workloads
  • Office servers need to stay, managed alongside the cloud
  • Remote teams need virtual desktops

Amazon Web Services

The broadest range of services, and a mature global footprint.

Often the best fit when

  • You need a specific service or region the others lack
  • You run web platforms, e-commerce or SaaS
  • Your developers already build on AWS
  • You want managed databases and storage at scale

Google Cloud

Strong on data, analytics and containers.

Often the best fit when

  • Data and reporting are central to your business
  • You run containers and Kubernetes
  • Your team works in Google Workspace
  • You're building on AI and machine learning

Not sure — or need more than one?

Many businesses keep some systems in the office, or use two platforms side by side. We design hybrid and multi-cloud set-ups that work as one — with one login, one set of security rules and one monthly report.

What We Do

From first plan to everyday running.

One team for the whole journey — so the people who designed your cloud are the people who look after it.

01

Assessment & Strategy

A review of what you run today, and a costed plan for what should move, where and when.

02

Migration

Servers, files, databases and apps moved in planned stages, tested before every cut-over.

03

Hybrid & Multi-Cloud

Office servers and cloud platforms connected securely, working as one environment.

04

Managed Cloud Operations

24/7 monitoring, patching and backups for your cloud servers and services.

05

Cost Optimisation

Right-sized resources, reserved pricing and budgets, with monthly reports that show where the money goes.

06

Security & Governance

Identity, network rules, encryption and policies set up properly, and checked continuously.

What we move

  • Windows & Linux servers
  • File shares
  • Databases
  • Business applications
  • Websites & web apps
  • Virtual desktops
  • Backups & archives

How Migration Works

Moved in stages, not one risky weekend.

Every migration follows the same five steps, so the business keeps running while it moves.

  1. Assess

    Know what you have.

    • Servers, apps and links mapped
    • Costs compared with today
    • Quick wins identified
  2. Plan

    Design the landing zone.

    • Platform and region chosen
    • Identity, network and security set up
    • Migration waves scheduled
  3. Pilot

    Prove it with low risk.

    • A first workload moved
    • Performance and access tested
    • Runbook refined
  4. Migrate

    Move in waves.

    • Cut-overs out of hours
    • A rollback plan for every wave
    • Users kept informed
  5. Optimise

    Run it well.

    • Resources right-sized
    • Monitoring and backups live
    • Monthly cost and health review

Timings depend on the size of your estate and are agreed in your migration plan.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Which cloud platform is best for us?

It depends on what you already use, the systems you run and your team's skills. We compare the options for your situation and explain the trade-offs before you commit.

Will moving to the cloud save money?

Often, but not automatically. Savings come from right-sizing, switching off what isn't used and choosing the right pricing — which is why cost planning is part of every migration.

Can we keep some systems in the office?

Yes. Hybrid set-ups are common — we connect office servers and cloud platforms securely so they work together.

Who owns the cloud accounts and data?

Your business does. Subscriptions and accounts are set up in your name, and we manage them with access you control and can remove.

What happens to our old servers?

Once workloads have moved and been checked, we retire the old hardware securely — data wiped and each device recorded.
