Content & Playlists
Video, images, live TV (IPTV), PowerPoint and web content, arranged into playlists for each screen or group.
A digital signage platform with the screens, set-up and support to match — from a single display to every site you run, updated in minutes instead of by hand.
Sound familiar?
Screens are bought to inform and sell. Without the right platform behind them, they quietly turn into expensive posters.
Someone walks from screen to screen to change the content, so updates wait until there's time.
Last month's promotion is still running, and the opening hours on screen are out of date.
A player freezes or a display goes dark, and you only find out when a customer mentions it.
Each location makes its own slides, so fonts, colours and logos drift away from the brand.
The breakfast menu is still showing at dinner, because nothing changes on a schedule.
Players sit on the network with default passwords and no updates, outside anyone's view.
Signage Check
Five quick questions about how your screens are run today. Get an instant picture of where a platform would help most.
Question 1 of 5
Manual and at risk
Your screens depend on people remembering to update them. Central management would save time and keep every screen current.
Getting there
Some of the basics are in place. Scheduling, monitoring or templates would close the remaining gaps.
Well run
Your screens are managed well. Live data, interactivity or more sites are the natural next steps.
No urgent gaps in your answers. Live data and interactivity are good next steps.
An indicative self-check — not a site survey. Nothing is sent or stored unless you choose to contact us.
Platform
Design it once, schedule it once, and it plays everywhere it should — managed from a browser, wherever you are.
Video, images, live TV (IPTV), PowerPoint and web content, arranged into playlists for each screen or group.
Playlists planned by time and day, and content that switches automatically when an event or data point changes.
Power BI dashboards, POS data, social feeds and live stats, connected through ready-made widgets and APIs.
Split a screen into zones, and give each site templates that keep fonts, colours and logos on brand.
Touch screens for wayfinding, menus and self-service, built with the same tools as the rest of your content.
Every screen monitored from one place, with user permissions and enterprise Single Sign-On (Active Directory or SAML).
Rollout
Hardware, software and content come together in five steps, so screens go live working — and stay that way.
Know what each screen is for.
Content that fits the space.
Screens mounted and connected.
Live, with your team ready.
Kept fresh and running.
Timelines depend on the number of sites and screens, and are agreed before work starts.
Deployment
The same platform in the cloud, on your own servers, or both — chosen for your sites, your network and your IT policies.
Fully managed, with nothing to host on site.
Everything on your own server hardware.
Cloud control, with local players for the heavy lifting.
One partner, screens and network
Video, live TV and remote management all depend on the network. Because we design and run networks too, your signage is planned with the bandwidth, Wi-Fi and security it needs — and there's one number to call.

Where It Works
The same platform adapts to very different spaces.
Menu boards and promotions that change with the time of day, the weather or what's in stock.
Welcome screens, event information and in-room TV that make a property feel looked after.
Waiting-room information, wayfinding and announcements that reduce questions at the front desk.
Dashboards, internal news and room information that keep people informed without another email.
Questions
Often, yes. Many existing displays can be connected to a media player. We'll check what you have first, and only suggest new hardware where it's needed — commercial displays, for example, for screens that run all day.
Whoever suits you. Your team can use the templates in the CMS, we can prepare content for you, or a mix of both. Templates keep everything on brand whoever makes it.
It depends on your sites, your network and your IT policies. Cloud is quickest to start; on-premise keeps everything inside your network; hybrid suits heavy video and IPTV. We'll recommend one after looking at your set-up.
Yes. The platform supports live IPTV, and can show Power BI dashboards, POS data, social feeds and other live sources alongside your own content.
Cloud deployments use subscription (SaaS) licensing; on-premise and hybrid are quoted for your set-up. Hardware, installation and content design are quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need.
Tell us about your sites, your screens and what you'd like them to do. We'll reply to arrange a demo or a conversation.
